The strangest glitch in madden I’ve ever seen is occurring. I play an online franchise and for some reason I can’t play my games, I can’t play against live opponents or even the CPU, when I try the controller stays in the middle the entire time, like not on my side or the opponents side. It just stays right in the middle. Also every time I try to send a game invite to a friend the whole game crashes. I have never seen anything like this and it’s only in madden 22 I play on PS4

For weeks I have been struggling with getting madden to allow me to play my online franchise games. Everytime I go to search the game crashes. Not only that, but usually if I try to accept an invite from someone else it says the game session is no longer available. Also for free training the controller will get stuck in the middle and not allow me to pick a side unless I select character beforehand. This also happens when I search for a game if for some miracle my game doesn't crash the controller will just get stuck in the middle there as well if I haven't selected my character. Also if nothing else goes wrong and I can search for a game, when I load into the lobby it will never send the invite to my opponent. I have contacted support multiple times about this. One time they assured me they were aware of the problem and it would he fixed within days and then yesterday I was told pretty much they had no idea that this problem existed, so I am now incredibly frustrated that it seems like the support team is ignoring this issue altogether. Please help.

Recently when I try to play any franchise/face of the franchise...my controller icon stays stuck between teams.  Not able to make any changes, have uninstalled/reinstalled etc...etc... etc....

What I've seen cause that is having two PSN IDs on one EA account when there should only be one. One of the PSN IDs needs to be removed and then linked to a new EA account to fix this.

What I recommend doing is contacting our Support team so they can help walk you through the process of removing the extra IDs off the account. After removing them you'll need to link them up to a new EA account, otherwise the error could still remain. Removing iDs can result in lost game progress. Currently having trouble with madden franchise with friends. Every time I get ready to play a game the controller select gets stuck in the middle and I’m unable to pick my team to advance. The controller select glitch is currently making it unable for me to play my games. Someone please help.
