Are you connecting your controllers wirelessly, or have you been using a USB cable?

The controllers are connected via USB cable, I've tried a few different cables and USB ports on my computer as well.

Out of curiosity, what happens if you play with just mouse & keyboard? Does the sprint key work without any issues? I'm wondering if this would still be happening with the controller removed from the equation.

Hey Kent,
So I think your suspicions were right here, I am able to sprint when only my keyboard and mouse are plugged in. So it looks to be some weird driver issue with controllers on my computer and how they interact with madden. Its weird that it will show playart on a controller but not sprint when they use the same buttons.
Community ManagerHmm, that is definitely odd. Are you running any third party software to manage your controllers at all, like DS4Windows for example?

I wasn't using ds4 for windows but I just tried it with a ps4 controller and it seems to allow me to sprint now. Its not ideal but its a good enough work around.
