User trades are not working in the off-season in online franchise

No team is over the cap in the trade and trades are on and both teams had under 8 picks

What are the actual trades? Any way they can submit a screenshot?

    I would have to wait until the off-season again to get a screenshot. We already in year 4 week 6 right now. But I've had it happen to 3 different users in this madden. None of which was over the cap and all had under 10 draft picks.
