why cant i download madden 23 on ps5

I pre-ordered the game last week, then downloaded the trial. Now ot won't let me install my pre-ordered copy, prompts me to re purchase the game, but also says I already own it, and won't allow me to install any version of Madden 23 at all.
Any one figure this out yet ??? Been 2 hours still getting same error

I've moved your post to a more relevant board than EA General Questions.I went the play the trial this morning cause I had 5 hours left but it was locked like I didn’t have ea access so I uninstalled so I could re install and try to get it working but now won’t let me download or even show up in store just locked in my collection
- @sgpalmer08 Go on playstation website buy it and download it straight to your game from there thats what i just did

@ShebLion2020 Can you try restarting your console and internet equipment, then going back in and checking if this continues? If so can you check via PS mobile app to see if you can send the install to your console?- @kba215 Go on playstation website on your phone or computer sign into your account and buy the game and download it straight to your game thats what i just did
Still telling me something went wrong I even downloaded another game to see what would happen and it downloaded just not madden !!!
