10 years agoStill cannot find the option - using ps3 and have been digging through the menus to no avail

10 years agoEA tech support provided absolutely no real help on the issue. My game and PS3 are running the most recent versions of software yet I am still unable to find the XP sliders in either online OR offline mode.
So frustrated.
So frustrated.

- ApprovedAnonymous10 years agoSeriously EA. Gow about an answer? I dont see why you wouldn't unlock it for offline? It really doesn't make any sense. If i skew them to far who does it affect besides me?

It would be nice if EA just said screw you, if you don't pay for online features then screw you. That's really what this is. They are still making updates for MUT and things that benefit them. Yeah, so we don't pay a monthly fee that doesn't mean we didn't pay for the game.

With Madden 2016 being retired in November, and online mode no longer available as of that time, I would hope that EA would finally remove this restriction. I played online up until last month when I retired my online Franchise and changed to offline in prep for the coming change. It is unconscionable to me that EA behaves in this manner. Terrible customer service.

You are just a cash cow to the company. It’s kind of like paying someone to punch you in the face. They get paid, you get nothing but discomfort.
Welcome to the world of EA. That is why I haven’t bought ANY EA games since Madden 16.
I am on an official boycott of all EA products. Two & a half years & counting.
EA will not change how it operates unless YOU, me & everyone else has the WILLPOWER to boycott & abstain from buying EA products.
I have proven that I have the willpower. I still play Madden 16, NCAA Football 14 & NHL 16. So, I still get my “fix,” but I refuse to buy any newer games until the company changes how it operates & the customer service policies.
For games in which there is an actual free market, I buy competitor games (e.g., Pro Evolution Soccer vs FIFA & NBA 2k vs NBA Live).
If you want to influence changes & improvements, STOP GIVING EA YOUR MONEY.
Hopefully, more of you will find the inner-strength to resist the urge to purchase EA products.
Just manually update your rosters, like I do.
