Why won’t it let me Download madden 22 mvp edition into ps5 verison

I bought madden 22 mvp edition on PS4 and they said when I got a PS5 it can be upgraded to a ps5 version I bought the game digitally how do I upgrade it to ps5 version

I have the same issue. I bought digital version and says unavailable now when I go to the screen to either purchase it again or says I already have it. What can I do?
