Can’t upgrade to tier 2 on tier 2 drills

My main tier event won’t reset at 10:30am like it’s suppose to so I’m stuck on the final tier 2 upgrade for the whole event and can’t get the epic card for free because it won’t fulfill the requirements for it to 100%
