Can't Create League?

I am level 26 with over 200k coins and 84 overall but I can not create a league? I go to the page where you can join/create leagues but the create button is just dark and not click able.. Anyone else had this problem? Samsung Galaxy s6 edge connected through Facebook...

    If you are currently in a league, you can't create one and depending on what age you put in when starting the game you may not be able to. You don't have to join one and then leave.

    U cant creare a league until u join a league then once u leave then u can create ur league

    I am a Madden Mobile game user.

    I have a problem with my account.

    It's about league issue.

    My account Failed to join the league.

    And when I Creat League, As soon as you press the creat button, it is turned off.

    Everytime I tried to accept invited to a league or create a new league. I am getting booted out of the game saying unexpected error has occurred. I reinstall the app and even did a factory reset on. My player name is navy65

    I am level 16 and I have 30000 coins but there is no create league button it is just not there also and I’m not currently in a league
