I’m having that same problem
I got the crystal egg,but didn't let me open it. Same problem happened with my brother. Making me mad.
@EA_Blueberry I completed all the egg hunt events and yet it wont let me get Kittle?? It says 0/8 egg hunts but I did all of them

Did the egg hatch for you at 10:30AM ET along with all the others yesterday? Sounds like you received the egg but it wasn't supposed to hatch yet.
The team identified an issue with that set and sent out compensation to players. It was fixed on Sunday.

It looks like there was indeed a brief issue with the Crystal Egg but that was fixed around a couple hours later. Hit me up if you still can't open it.
Did you complete all 8 events on that day though and were they the hunts on the right side of the screen or did you auto the event on the left?
Everything opened and I just waited till today to redeem it. Oh well... I moved on to another set!
Correct I had all of the eggs done and it even said 8/8 green bar. I didnt complete the set because i wanted to use resources on other stuff yesterday and wait till this morning. Now it says 0/8 events.
