HELP I can’t link my madden mobile account to ea to get the new pack

If you're still not seeing the option to link the accounts after running through those steps I mentioned above I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look.

What's been happening when you try to link the accounts? Are you getting any error messages or anything like that?

I cant link it either and there is no error message it just does not pop up to link an ea account or a facebook account
It is not showing the option to link for me.

Mines the same >☹️ Might it have anything to do with an up to date iOS? If so I’m still not going to update because the new update allows apple to track you for “Coronavirus” reasons, which don’t seem valid enough to justify tracking
Is it because of age? Because I put the wrong age in cuz I was doing something, then I tried a new acc with my actual age which is 13 and it would let me link, but when I put the age under 13, it did not let me link
And if it is about age, is there any way I can change my age
From what I’ve heard you have to be 13 to link your account. I do not know if there’s a way to change it.
