I've tried to get help with a missing card issue and I go through all the red tape and create a case but when I get to an advisor they say I need to create an in-game ticket. They send me a link that sends me back to where I started and I have to go through this process to end up with the same result. I have done this 5 times and nowhere can I find anywhere to fill out an in game ticket.

I've tried that. And went and created a case number. Went into chat and when I would get an advisor they would transfer me to another advisor who within 3 questions would tell me they couldn't verify my account with out an ingame ticket. Went through that process 5 times. I'm lost and I am glad you gave that suggestion because I'm sure now it's not me screwing up...lol
Each time the advisor would give me a link. Two sent me two different links each. Some of the links would say Madden 21 one had Madden 19. But each of the total 7 links were different. Lol
I tried this and every time I try to create a new case it just goes back to the beginning and it's one big loop.
That doesn't work, like the others it isn't an option
So frustrating. It’s one giant loop. Once they send you the link, they disconnect from the help center in India and it’s all over. There’s no “in-game” help. It’s a joke.
