League Tournaments problem...

Since days our old league tournament should have ended, but still there are 00:00:00 remaining and it doesnt finish. Our rival league has the same problem. Please help us, so we can finish the running tournament and start a new one. (Sorry because my bad english, i hope you understand me)

We are not able to start a new league tournament, we had played in a tournament and when the timer expired and was at 0:00:00 it just stayed there, it has been about a week since the tournament should have ended but it has not, can someone please help??

We won the tournament mode but we have been stuck there for almost a week we cannot start another game or move forward please help as we don't know what to do as a league

Madden, so what's the solution to this problem? I see i am not the only one who has an expired tournament that is frozen. I pay you promptly for every purchase I make, so either fix it or refund me some money since you can't resolve the problem
