Our league tournament (Esprit De Corps-currently ranked 91) is frozen again only a week after it was unfrozen from the first glitch. In the beginning we were ranked 36th and dropped 60 places over three or more weeks only to have it fixed and reoccur within five days. At this rate it is staying frozen longer than we are able to play.
I would greatly appreciate any help we could get resolving this issue. A lot of us have spent a good deal of money on this game only to have the main social feature not work. I am very close to the point of asking my credit card company to contest any recent enough charges on the grounds of an unusable service. Many of us only have continued interest in this game, along with additional purchases, for this feature alone.
Again, I really would appreciate some help resolving this.

I would like to update my issue: 4/29/15
As of, roughly, 6 a.m. EDT we were able to start a new tournament. I am unsure of the exact time of the fix as I was neither on nor the one that started the tournament. Regardless, I would like to thank anyone involved if in fact someone fixed our tournament.
I see a lot of issues posted on here but not nearly as often do I see updates for resolved issues. I suppose it is possible that the frozen tournament resolved itself but last time it took weeks for that to occur. With such a timely fix I feel I must give credit to EA and assume they pay attention to issues posted here. I wish I could provide some sort of detail to help others resolve their own problems with tournaments but the truth is I did not do anything beyond posting on here and calling support. Though during the call I was never asked for my league name or any identifying information "in game". That leaves me to believe the fix originated here.
Again, I would like to thank anyone responsible. Your help was really appreciated.
