League Tournaments problem...
Its been over a week since my league tournament has been over. It is stuck no reward and I can't start a new league tournament. Can someone fix this or tell me what to do

I am involved in a 13 vs 13 league tournament and the clock states 00:00:00, thus the frozen issue.
This effects all players involved. So re-installing the app is not the answer as advised a few times already. My team is GroundandPound and we were playing JAGUARS.
Can you please fix this issue?
