Madden Mobile Not Compatible

I recently carried out a factory reset on my LG G2. I previously had downloaded Madden Mobile 16 on the same device. However, after I reset the phone and tried to download the app again, the Android Market says that my device in incompatible with the app, even though I had in already on my G2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers Barry, I'm not using any custom firmware, I've no idea what I did but I managed to re-install the app somehow so problem solved, appreciate the quick reply

Are you using custom firmware?

Can you install the Google Play App and see if you can get the game via that rather than via your internet browser.

I'm Using Google Play App and it says that my phone isn't compatible as well. I have a Droid Turbo. It worked just a day or two ago.

I'm having the same problem on my lg Leon.. But I was playing it last night an this morning it said my device was not comatiable with this version

I also am getting this not compatible message, and I have an LG G2. Worked last night but today its not. I have tried both via google search and the play store but nothing.

Same issue with Samsung Note 3. Madden Mobile doesn't even show in the Play store anymore from my device. Been playing over 1 year with no issues like this before. This morning trying to launch the app, a pop up message said it needed an update. It then redirects to the app in the play store with a banner warning that my device is not compatible. I contacted EA tech support and open a ticket. They acted like I was the only one having this issue. After jumping through all of their usual troubleshooting steps they were unable to solve the problem and said they would escalate it and get back to me.

I'm still waiting for a response on my open ticket from EA support. However I followed the steps to clear cache and clear data on Download Mgr, Play Store, and Play Services and confirmed it fixes the problem on my Samsung Note 3.
