MADDEN MOBILE server maintenance message

I have reset my phone at least 20 times and I keep getting this message that the servers (ea's) are undergoing maintenance. This has been preventing me from participating in certain live events as well as auctions,head to head matches to name a few. I did not invest a bunch of money in to this game to not be able to enjoy it. I highly doubt I can get a refund from you guys so please fix the issue...
