Master Series Chest Doesn't Pop Up

I bought the road to the playoffs package and completed the first stage of both of the master series. When I click on the chest to advance, nothing happens on my screen. Almost as if the chest isn’t there and I’m just clicking the screen. I wouldn’t be reporting this if I didn’t pay 30 dollars for if
- @ChuckNorrisSR same I can't g wet the chest to pop up and it frustrates me mcuz I spent money on this wth ea

1st stage...made it all the way through...and that last chest wont open so i can advance.
