Master Series Chest Doesn't Pop Up

I completed stage 1 of the Road to Playoffs NFC Gauntlet (bottom path), but when I tap on the chest nothing appears. It won’t even let me move on to Stage 2. Anybody else with same problem or know how to fix?
@BigOrange823 Wish I knew how to fix it but I don't, I know it's really irritating. Hang in there maybe we both can get this fixed ASAP
