NO! NO! and NO!!!
Again and last time! The game was running absolutely well before 6.1.3 update. Do not blame me! or my wifi! I try your advices already more times but nothing fixed just you gave me another dose of frustration. And where is Shazier evolution upgrade pack? And who satisfy me for that lost progress? (my cash i invested to master series pass for nothing) I can't play! How much time you need to understand? Are you still professional company? So no more experiment! Here is what professional company does step by step 1.fixt the game 2.test it 3.notice customer the product is fixed and ready to play

I'm not trying to blame your device and we've made sure the team is aware of this happening, just hoping to see if that workaround can at least help you progress so you can continue to advance. Curious to see if that helps so we have a workaround fix to provide to others while it's being looked it, my apologies if it's caused anyone to get frustrated.
The Madden team will need the following information:
- Device type and software version
- Madden User ID (DO NOT POST THIS HERE. PRIVATE MESSAGE ME YOUR MADDEN USER ID)
- What specific Masters Series stage and chest within that stage are you getting stuck at? (example: JuJu, Stage 8, chest 2)
- Are you able to claim it by toggling WiFi off/on, restart the app, or wait 1 minute and tap in different locations?

Move you and a few other replies over here to the main thread. The team is aware of this happening and we could use some account examples for the QA team. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. 👍It looks like others have been able to get the treasure chests to pop up via these workarounds, but we can't guarantee it will work for everyone.
- Force close the app
- Reinstall
- Toggle WiFi off/on
- Click on a different icon and then back on the chest
- Let the phone sit on that screen for about 2 minutes

after a couple openings and closings of the app....it worked.
I finished the gauntlet.
Got the center i wanted.

The studio is still aware of this happening and continuing to look into it. Here are some workarounds that seem to be helping other players out in the meantime. Thanks for hanging in there and our apologies for any confusion when the chest isn't popping up.
Workarounds:
- Force close the app
- Reinstall
- Toggle WiFi off/on
- Click on a different icon and then back on the chest
- Let the phone sit on that screen for about 2 minutes

I'm afraid this is something the team is still looking into and we do not have any time-frame on it right now. A lot of players are having success with the workarounds above. Even if you tried reinstalling the game a week or more ago, it's worth try reinstalling again and ensuring your device has the latest software update. I'm sorry you're experiencing this and hope these workarounds can help you accomplish what you're eyes are set on.
