Master Series Chest Doesn't Pop Up

I saved up gems and got the AFC field pass for 4K gems in the new road to playoff series. I selected bottom path (91 stills) and I completed the first 5 events and I have the final given chest. However, it will not let me tap it to open. Is anyone else having this problem? Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, nothing. If this rips me off 4K gems I am never touching another EA game again.
@ajbeast1414 I have the same problem in RttP event the other master series events for 2 weeks now. Frustrating because I payed for the field pass
