Community AdminI was out last week and wanted to check up with you on this. Did you get this fixed? If not, have you tried reinstalling the app to see if that would help fix this?
@EA_Blueberry I installed the app again but nothing changed.

I tried to play with my ipad and with bluestack emulator but nothing changed. - EA_Blueberry@steveglaz Emulators are not supported. Does it work on your iPad without using Bluestacks?

- EA_Blueberry@steveglaz Longshot but do you remember what you were doing just prior to this happening that you feel might have triggered it? Did you make any account changes?
I recommend contacting our Support team via the in-game settings so they can take a look at the account or get this sent up to the Madden studio as it may need to be an issue fixed on the account itself. We want to make sure you can progress through the Masters Series to take advantage of the rewards. I really don't remember what i was doing before, unfortunately. I have already asked help to the Support team. They told me to post here. There's no way out....

It's in italian, i'm from Italy.
I also have an issue with progressing through the Ramsey series. I'm stuck on the last part, I have the 75 OVR Defense feat claimed and I unlocked the key event as well and completed and I still can't get Ramsey unlocked.
Phone is a Samsung S8
Tried reinstalling, did not work. I also play on a chromebook duet in addition the Samsung S8.
