Missing event rewards
After completing the Super Bowl event I got this reward. So I went to go upgrade my trench players and I’m missing the tokens along with the mvp badges

@bobwillkillya Strange, for completing the event I got 4 trenches packs, for each picked 2 players and got 100 trench tokens. So 800 total tokens. The tokens were automatically applied to the trench sets in Championship Run.

Are you sure they weren't automatically added?
We haven't seen a lot of reports on this. Our Support team can check to see if you received rewards post completion. Any way you can give them another shout to see if they can double-check one more time for you? Our forum staff unfortunately can't grant content to accounts.

So if the call center can’t help means you guys are telling me call them again....then how will I ever be able to get my rewards? Yes I will call them again to see if I received my 400 tokens each player...no problem @EA_Blueberry

Can you all screenshot me the event you're playing that you're not getting the reward from?
@EA_Blueberry @bobwillkillya It was for completing the Super Bowl chain from to start through Super Bowl.
See below, once you satisfy the requirement, the little ribbon gets a green check Mark.
When we open the Trenches packs, it shows us the 200x or 400x tokens for every Trenches player but when you go to the Trenches Set, the tokens didn’t transfer into the sets.
