Missing event rewards

@bobwillkillya  have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app ?

Yes I have...sadly that didn’t work either

If I had gotten the reward it would have been enough to finish all the guys at lvl 3. I can’t though and it’s kind of annoying honestly 

I tried talking with the call center and they just referred me here to make a post saying its probably a bug. Not sure how they'll fix it in the week left in the championship run season and give us the tokens it says we earned 😪

As I said before their solution will be to offer us pro packs instead of honoring the SS lol

Are you sure they weren't automatically added?

We haven't seen a lot of reports on this. Our Support team can check to see if you received rewards post completion. Any way you can give them another shout to see if they can double-check one more time for you? Our forum staff unfortunately can't grant content to accounts.

@EA_Blueberry  I tried to grab screenshots of several instances to at least show with this big reward it didn’t even add to the baseline edition of these players. At a minimum it would’ve filled up the initial 100-tokens to get the 89/90 of each player.  But they’re not there.

Note the difference in pack openings with a Chiefs badge and a Bucs badge, the aggregated rewards pictured are separate packs even through they look similar.  Pretty sure I didn’t get all of the MVP tix I won either. I’m showing six but if you did the whole promo, I imagine there should be more.

So if the call center can’t help means you guys are telling me call them again....then how will I ever be able to get my rewards? Yes I will call them again to see if I received my 400 tokens each player...no problem @EA_Blueberry
