Same exact issue. The "unranked" message pops up and when I hit continue, it crashes. I contacted support this morning and they just said "wait for an update or start over." Wtf??? How is no one from EA addressing this?
How long do u guys think that the update will be released? Whats your tolerance level in waiting for the update? Or maybe some of you have started playing as new and rebuilt everything.
