EA doesn't care. I've called, emailed and live chatted with their support. Every time they say it must be an issue with my phone or account and say I should start over. Ignoring the fact that tons and tons and tons of other users are having the exact same issue. Not to mention they won't address it here. What a joke. Horrendous customer service.
Everytime i go into the chat with them and tell them my problem they cancel the chat. They have no idea how to fix it
