Whenever I open up the app it tells me the have have been deranked due to inactivity and I know that but when I click continue the color fades and the app crashes. It has been happening for a couple days on my iphone and ipad. I have tried force quitting my ipad, deleting the app then reinstalling it and nothing has worked. What can I do?
