Seems the answer is simple. Roll the update back to the old version until you figure out the problem. Or temporarily reactive and remove the head to head feature. Both would prevent the issue from happening. Instead, EA wasted over a day telling everyone it was their issue, now is taking their sweet time with this. I offered two solutions that will appease all of the thousands impacted by this. Instead, nothing.
