What specific error are you seeing, and what device are you playing on?
Tried responding twice saying iPhone 13 and sending a picture of the error message.

Thanks, for this error you'll want to get in contact with Apple support so they can review your account and billing information a bit further.
They referred me back to you. Guess I just won’t spend anymore. O well 🤷🏻♂️
I’m currently having the same error. Already contacted Apple to check my account and billing. Everything is up to date and referred me back to you suggesting that it’s on EA’s side of accepting or allowing transaction. So how do we go forward from here.
