Bei dir wird die ucrtbase.dll erwähnt:

Visual Studio 2015, 2017 und 2019 installieren. (vc_redist.x86.exe & vc_redist.x64.exe)

Zudem solltest du das Funktionsupdate unter Windows Update starten.

Führe dann den DISM & SFC Scan durch:

    Hallo Leute, hatte das selbe Problem...

    Startet das Spiel mal mit dem Startparameter -windowed, hat bei mir geholfen, auch wenn ich es dann noch nicht in 4K spielen kann, hoffe es hilft euch weiter ;-)
