Blood Dragon Armor for Mass Effect 2 Not Redeeming from BioWare Social Network

Hello, I downloaded the Free Dragon Age DLC Bundle from the Bioware Social Network website, as redeeming this allows for downloading the Blood Dragon Armor for Mass Effect 2. I downloaded and redeemed the Bundle, and the content shows as registered on my redeemed content, but I cannot download it on my Xbox 360. From what I understand, redeeming the Bundle should allow for me to download the Blood Dragon Armor, and even though my account through the BioWare Social Network and Origin is connected to my Xbox Live account, I'm still not seeing the Blood Dragon Armor appearing. I think there should be on my redeemed content list "Blood Dragon Armor" under Mass Effect 2, but it is not there. There should also be new content in Mass Effect 2's in-game Downloadable Content Menu on the main menu, but I'm not seeing it. I have registered Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age II, Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3, and I am able to access all other redeemed content through the BioWare Social Network site, but for some reason the Blood Dragon Armor is not showing up. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
