citadel DLC wont download
i get to about 10% then it goes to 1% then 100% then it tells me it cant dowload is anyone having the same issue

It seems to be downloading fine with me, although incredibly slowly. Have you tried (as annoying as it is) uninstalling then reinstalling Origin before trying again?
