Collector Ship Mission

I get told that the Illusive man want to speak to me.  I go in and talk to him and he tells me that the Turnians have disable a Collector Ship.  I finish the conversation go to the loading screen then game quits responding.  I tried loading a previous save game on different charcter and it does the same thing. I have the game patch to 1.02

I have 

Processor:  AMD FX(tm)-8150 Eight Core Process 3.60Ghz

RAM: 16 GB

Operating System: Window 7 Professional(64 bit)

Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6800

    If it always happens in the same spot, you may have data corruption. This is one of those unfortunate events where you have to reinstall the game.

    If that doesn't work, upload your save file so someone can play past that loading screen for you.
