Credits loss after leaving the lobby

So I installed rhe newest update this morning, played a golden match earned some 90k credits, exited the lobby, went shopping and noticed i have only 16209 credits. OK. New match, new lobby, extraction, exit lobby, store same ordeal. And again.

My question is: Where did some 270k of credits go?

could i possibly get them back 🙂

But preferably could someone fix the problem?

    Sadly it's the only way to get back the credits/ XP of your last game as we don't even know from what this glitch is caused.

    You can contact the EA support if you want more informations:

    https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    Change the Country: Select at the bottom on the right "Country selector", and choose "United States".

    Select:

    -Product: Mass effect 3

    -Category: Technical support

    -Plateform: ...

    Click on the Live chat for a direct talks.

    P.s.: Also lost XP, restarting the game got me back only one match worth of credits and xp.. And it's annoying to restart the game after every match.

    I've played a golden match and right after extraction hosting player has left and I've lost connection to the game - with all money and XP. :manfrustrated:

    Maybe ME4 won't have this glitch 🙂

    Problem continues to persist.  Leaving the game does not - repeat, DOES NOT - always return the lost credits.  Live chat support said that the issue is being escelated to specialists.  No progress has yet to be seen on this issue beyond acknowledgement that the bug exists and they have yet to identify a cause.
