This story option is kind of stupid because it basicly ignores all your previous efforts to help the Krogan, if for this one choice you decide not to side with them.

Give Morda the Remnent Power Cell, have Spender thrown of the Nexus, save the seed vault during Drack's loyalty mission and complete almost every side mission that help the Krogan on Elaaden.
Because the Krogan are ungrateful and outright ignore all your previous efforts to help them, I save Raeka. Because without her aid in causing chaos on the Kett Flaghsip to distract the Archon, Ryder would still be trapped in the containment field and be forced to listen to the Archon's inevitablel I'm evil I beat you speech.

Doesn't matter what you've done for anyone in game previously. Trust and loyalty only ever extends to what-have-you-done-for-me-lately. To be fair, they do tell you the policy is, and always will be, Krogan first. Don't toe that line and there's no trusting you.

i do admit, that does really annoy me. honestly i was fully supportive of the krogan, and they get pissed because i put the survival of everybody ahead of a few krogan scouts. and true they're only pissed for a few missions, but still. people like that have always annoyed me, and now apparently i just saved a race of them. great... *grumbles*
I am sure the Krogan wonder why I will always choose to put the Angara on the nexus council over them..
