Once the radiation has cleared, landing on Eos will result in a brief cutscene in which SAM goes over some landmarks and explains what they are. The colony Prodromos will have new sidemissions that will bring you to the new areas. You can also discover new missions by exploring.
There is a minor bug where the conversation between Suvi and Kallo triggers after Eos gets bigger. This may result in some players assuming Eos expands twice, but it only happens once.
Oh, okay, that must have been it. I cleared much of Eos already, after the first expansion. When they had that conversation it seemed like more areas were going to open up. I've been enjoying the game quite a bit, but there have been a lot of odd little bugs like that.
