Downloading games that I have paid for previously and just recently as well

I have 3 games listed in my account, one which I just purchased recently (Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edtion) I go to download and it gets the files I need and then stops at 100 percent. Then it waits and finally comes up with the 7049:404 error. I am running the app as the adminstrator.  So what is the problem. I purchased the games throught Gamestop and cannot download them through Origin for some reason. I have the latest Origin Client and am very computer literate, but this one beats the heck out of me. Please help me out.
