[EA app] ME3 items missing after purchase

Hey, so the icons within the EA app show Standard Edition. That is working as intended. The artwork should be included in the downloads. Steam game images may show differently, but I took a look at the account. You do own it all and have access to it.
The message you got sounds like the one where the EA app has content removed from EA Play. Typically, I get it all the time.
Is the artwork the only content you are missing?
