Game crashes when I try to go from citadel back to Normandy

Question

I'm just at the beginning of the game. I'm the first time on the citadel and just talked to the council. Now I want to go back on the Normandy but after I confirm this, the loading screen comes up, stays for a few seconds and the the game crashes and goes back to the desktop. I'm running the game on a Win 7 32-bit PC with a GT 9600 graphic adapter. I've bought the plain Mass Effect 3 via the Origin store and did not purchase any additional DLC. Dudes (and girls ._.) I think I just found the culprit. Anyway...for me, it worked..or at least I now, know how to procide next with that problem. You see... I play Mass effect i3 n French. From voice to subtitle. The thing is...I was having some strange issues with my language setup on this game and all so. I was thinking that it was probably my French language. Got the same issue as you by the way. Crashing when trying to go in the Normandy after the first visite in the citadel. blablaba;.

And then. I switched my language setting from French to English (voice en subtittle). And BAM! Worked like a charm.

Found out it was the "voice" setting...strangly for me O_o.

Anyway. Now hat I know my problem accurately. I'll think of something next but for now, I saw your post and wanted to help.
