HELP PLEASE!!! Mass Effect 3 Trilogy edition PS3, cannot use DLC downloaded from PS Store

Hi everyone, first time asking a question on here so i'll get right to it

i'm having trouble starting the DLC: Omega, Citadel, Leviathan and After Ashes! i have spent over £30 on DLC content

When i tried to use the "Download Content" Option at the start up menu for Mass effect 3 it just said "No content Found"

so i bought and downloaded all 4 from the Playstation Store on the PS3 home menu but they don't show up in-game! 

i have searched online for how to start them but nothing has helped, i get no messages on my private terminal in MA3 ☹️
i dont know what to do...

Balak and the prothean VI on thessia both mention leviathan but nothing comes up

any help would be much appreciated because its driving me mad. 

and i just Bought a new version of Mass Effect 3 to be delivered in a few days to see if the problems still happens on the Non-Trilogy edition.
