Help with Mass Effect 2 DLC disappearing from account

Okay, I am SO sorry to put this here because I know for a fact it isn't the place for it, though EA's site seems to think otherwise.

In short, I bought ME2 on steam long before I heard of origin and therefore had to buy the DLC from bioware's website. Recently I wanted to play through the game again and went to log into the site only to find that it now forces a log-in through origin and therefore I seem to have lost all those DLC. I have save games, order confirmation numbers for some of the DLC I bought, and of course my origin and steam accounts to confirm I own ME2 and have legit ME3 saves that contain data from ME2 with its DLC.

It cost a small fortune to buy all those DLC so I'm hoping someone working with EA support will read this and contact me! Or perhaps the community can aid me in finding a way to actually send more than seven words to EA to get help. I really hate being robbed and would appreciate getting those DLC back.

@Kiki_Kalani That's true, unfortunately in some cases there can be technical problems preventing a connection.

Can you try using a different browser or even a different device, and see if that lets you get through to support?

    Thanks.

So you created an BSN account before you got an Origin account.

For the BSN account you used a different Email address and/or a different password than you used for your newer Origin account.

But now your can't logon to the BSN site because your credentials are not working any more?

Well that is just it - the email I used for my bioware account WAS the email that I would then later use for my origin account.

As I said, I have some of the order confirmation codes, as well as the other things I can use to prove I bought the DLC.

This should help you with your issue.

If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner. Also point the Game advisor to the BSN side I linked if there is a problem.

It does not, sorry. It would help if EA had an actual support page - but you all, random people - are EA support. ^^ That 'help' page links to ea help, which in turn links to here for all problems.

So unless one of you had access to EA's database that doesn't help. My BSN account and EA account used the SAME email (and password too I believe). I was never forced to log in to my EA account before when I logged into bioware, and now it seems there is NO WAY to not log in via origin as it redirects you there.

    EA has an actual support.

Start, here. If you don't get a chat or callback option use different answers to "Select a topic",  "What type of manage my account issue are you having?" or  "Please tell us a little..." questions and check the times this options are available.

If you from a country where call is the only option, you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype for this call. Just put your location in the Voice-Over-IP service to UK. (UK number  +44 203 0141818 (Available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday).

I tried to do a live chat and left the window up for a good ten or so minutes with it just saying 'please wait'

And I really shouldn't have to jump through all these hoops to talk to an 'advisor'.
