Thank you for XP @Grotaiche Please post if this worked (I'm just curious).
I don't think it did ☹️ The download manager does not show any other DLC than the ones I have (see attachment) ; also the game wouldn't load any old save for some reason, even those dating back from 2012 (the loading screen freezes and I have to manually kill ME3's process ; the ambient sound is still on but the loading circle in bottom right does not run anymore).
I'll sleep on it but it doesn't look great so far ☹️
EDIT : I also tried to clear EA App cache but it did not seem to do anything. Same when trying to repair the (new) installation.

The Save games are dependant on the DLC that are installed at the time of Saving.
If DLCs are missing, the save game will not load.I would assume that this is a permissions problem within your account, but only EA support can help with that, so all you can do is contact them again and hope to find a better rep.

Sorry to hear about your saves @Grotaiche I feel like I've made things worse for you.
Holger1405 is right about DLC dependant saves, but from what I gathered all you previously own DLC are installed - am I correct? In such case I would first check if reinstalling the game didn't change any antivirus privileges blocking some folders. Also do creating a new 'testing' save and then restarting the game (EA App even) lets you load that 'testing' save? When it comes to DLC I'm out of ideas - they should be there according to all signs. And right now you can't buy them via EA App, because for EA they are part of base game.

Don't worry, it's not your fault, most probably EA's 🙂 Now to answer your question, yes all the DLCs are own are shown there.
HOWEVER when trying to reinstall ME3 today, I was hit by the "can't download Rebellion pack" issue which I've just upvoted. So now I can't even reinstall ME3. This EA app is a train wreck.
