How to force squad members to use the correct weapon for their strongest talent?

Yes, the inventory still feels bad and the weapons choice system could had been reworked, npc's could had a better ai when choosing their weapons

More and more I'm seeing this Remaster should have had more done than simply doing the easy thing and polishing up the eye-candy visuals.  :/
