Community AdminIt's quite easy:
Create a new character. You will have to go through the complete character creation first. I made a new MaleShep as an example:
You then click "Accept" and "Enter" to finish the character creation. After that you will see this on your screen:
Just choose "Yes" and the interactive comic will start.

Will it only work if we were to create a new character?
Yeah it triggered when i created a new character but it doesn't when i try to import a ME3 character and finished the whole story.
Yes, it only works with a new character. (No import)
The sole purpose of this DLC is to allow players who have not played ME2 to make their own decisions so that they are not bound by the parameters set by Bioware.
