How to use genesis 2 DLC?

The Genesis and Genesis 2 DLC are designed to give players the chance to make choices made in Mass Effect 1 and 2 without the need to play either game. So by definition the Genesis 2 DLC will not run if you import a save from either Mass Effect 1 or 2. Hope this answer helps.
i completed ME 3 with ME 2 import now i bought the dlc i have genesis 2
when i start a new game plus this genesis work ?

No, if you import a save game Genesis 2 will not work.
If you play on PC you could use this save game editor.
