I hate to be the messenger of bad news but....
I'm in the exact same problem, but I have contacted EA (live chat) about "stolen" bioware points (they duplicated the firepower pack 3 times >_>) over a week ago, 3 times at that and they finally said my case would be solved in less then a day or two. Well, as you may can guess, this whole "solved in less then a day or two" is never going to happen, because I was told it would be forwarded to specialists and I would be e-mailed, but EA has been silent ever since.
So there might be a good chance you won't see your credits again. I mean, it's EA, like hell they are going to be fair about your money. If they can even find the slighest excuse to keep their stolen money they will use it against you. Or they just forget you for the rest of your life and by the end of your days when you're in the hospital bed there will be an EA employee walking over to your bed, just before the plug is being pulled and will say "Congratulations! We were able to refund the points!"
