I Cant scan the orange mushrooms in techiks "cold storage room" on voeld

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What edition do you have? Super Deluxe Edition
Physical Disc or Digital version? Disc Based Install
Summarize your bug I Cant scan the orange mushrooms in techiks "cold storage room" on voeld
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How long has this issue been happening? Always Happens
Which single-player mode are you playing? Standard.
Please select your region North America
Run the www.speedtest.net network benchmark and post your upload and download speeds. Upload Speed: 30.19 Mbps Download Speed: 25.24 Mbps
What company provides your internet service? Xfinity
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to voeld. go to techik. go to the back where the orange mushrooms are growing and try to scan the orange mushrooms.
What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? 0_0 . . . i have no idea.
Please enter memory size in GB. too lazy.

This is happening for me before 100% Voeld viability. Can't remember if it keeps happening afterwards or not. Will try to remember to edit if status of the mushrooms changes.

UPDATE: Voeld viability at 100% and still can't scan the plants. Even found one of those edible plant samples for Task: Cultivation buried within the mushrooms and could scan that but still not the mushrooms.

Bioware ceased all support for the game three years ago, so there is no fix coming.

For the problem itself, if you meet all the requirements of the quest until this point, scanning the mushrooms can be very difficult, you need to be at a specific angle for the scan.

Here are some pictures that show the correct angle.(bottom of the page,)

Bioware ceased all support for the game three years ago, so there is no fix coming.

For the problem itself, if you meet all the requirements of the quest until this point, scanning the mushrooms can be very difficult, you need to be at a specific angle for the scan.

We are bioware fans. We understand that bioware does not care about us. But we can still work together to find tricks, glitch's and other solutions like your contribution (thank you) so this thread still has a purpose. Like you said "This is a players helping players forum".

(Is that daemon from reboot? I need to rewatch that show.)

Oh i won't be able to test it any time soon but maybe others will find it useful.
