Importing ME1 save to ME2, crashes after selecting the file (Xbox360)

If anyone coud help or have the same problem. I bought ME Trilogy and completed ME1 and now I would like to continue and play ME2 and also would like to import my character from ME1. When I start the game everything goes well, I select New Game, then I have options, Male, Female, Import ME1 Character. I select Import ME1 Characterand then it goes on the Mass Effect Character Importer screen and select my character from ME1. So far,  so good. But that's where the game crashes. The screen will first go to a Cerberus logo screen and then to a MASS EFFECT 2 screen and nothing will happen, even if I press de home button, nothing will happen. The game just freeze, so I have to turn off and turn on the xbox360. I tried installing ME2 and ME1, replay the last mission on ME1 and see if it could help the problem, but nope. 😕mileyindifferent: The EA help page is not very helpfull, so thanks to anybody who can help me with that problem!
