Intel Terminal bug after ME3 import

Hi. I've recently started playing ME3 again after a while. I played a normal playthrough by importing a char from ME2. After that, I imported that char into my new game+. All worked fine until I tried to use the intel terminal in Liara's room. The intel appears, but I can't open it, no matter what I do. I can't choose any upgrade option.

Does anyone know a way to fix this?

Update: Started a new game with an import from ME2. I have encountered the same issue. Checked my older saves-same thing.
