First off, thanks for actually getting back to us concerning this. However, since the DLC in question has now actually been removed from the xbox marketplace entirely, that kind of seems to render your questions moot. To clarify, this all started with being unable to buy the DLC, the error code given was 80153003. I am in Germany and all the usual troubleshooting solutions were attempted.
I think you need to understand that this is not an isolated issue. People are complaining about this not only here but all over the internet. There are also multiple people who claim that xbox support told them that the reason for the DLC missing from the marketplace is that EA has "lost" the licenses for it. If that means that they have expired or were being removed on purpose is unclear at this point. It would be really nice to know if this was done on purpose or by accident and if there are any plans to reinstate those licenses and put that DLC back on the marketplace. Please keep in mind that we are talking about some of the most popular DLC of the entire series here, especially Shadow Broker being generally considered the 2nd best DLC behind Citadel.
