let me play my games

i have owned mass effect 3 for many years. i have over 100 hours logged. today i launched my game and it says i need to enter a product key. which obviously i don't have since it was a digital download. i cleared cashe, i repaired game files, i closed the ea app and reopened it. i logged out and logged in. still i cannot play my game. please fix my account let me play my game and fix your app.

  • Yeah , "let us know how that goes" . Unless it's one of they're money making sport games they don't care .

    Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems launching Mass Effect 3. 

    Are you trying to launch the game from a desktop icon or directly from the EA app library? If you're launching from the desktop, please run the EA app as admin and launch the game directly from your EA app library. 

    Let us know how that goes.
